Since it opened in 1999, hundreds of dogs have passed through the kennels doors and have gone on to wonderful new homes and families. On this page you will see some of those lucky dogs in their forever homes, and hear how they've settled in and how they've enriched their new families' lives.

This is our wee Susie she was such a timid wee soul when she first came in, but soon came out of her shell and now she has landed on all four paws with a mum all to herself. Look at the smile on her face a very happy wee lass at last x.

What a lovely surprise today Victoria and Steven brought Bailey back for a visit, all the way from around the Stonehaven area.He is looking great such a well loved wee lad his folks dote on him and vice versa, so another really happy ending for one of our residents. x

How wonderful to see Bailey and Suki together now, it will come with Molly and Suki, it took us 2 years with our wee cat and Sandy our Yorkie, But they can be on my knee together now.Hope your wrist is better now. x
Hi there,
As you can see all are getting along pretty well, Suki and Molly (cat) have yet to get it together but I'm sure it will come.
Suki (aka The Terrible Terrier) has had her op now, just last week, is recovering well. She is, of course, absolutely lovely, so very affectionate and is becoming a favourtie with all our regular dog walking pals.
I have been in the wars slightly as I broke my wrist while out walking the dogs, just slipped, put out my hand to stop myself and .....crack! I go to the hospital today and hope to have the cast (bright pink!) removed.

Hi Ena,
This is Harry with me (Gypsy) at a Canine Carnival SSPCA dog show at
Drum Castle last weekend. We got lots of ribbons - two 1sts for
'Bonniest Bitch' and 'Youth and dog', 2nd for 'Best Rehomed', and two
3rds for 'Senior Paws(7-10yrs)' and 'Magnificent Mixtures'!! It was a
fabulous day out packed with happy dogs and their people.
