Happy Hounds

Since it opened in 1999, hundreds of dogs have passed through the kennels doors and have gone on to wonderful new homes and families. On this page you will see some of those lucky dogs in their forever homes, and hear how they've settled in and how they've enriched their new families' lives.

Bryn >> Posted: 12th April 2009 This is Bryn who never reached the web site he had only just arrived while they were here, did a home visit last night, and this is him with his lovely new family who are all delighted to be taking him home.

Ozzy >> Posted: 9th April 2009 Ozzy went to the vet yesterday to have last jag. He was very brave at the vets but a bit sick in the car, well to be precise all over Isabel. The vet was very pleased with his progress and now weighs 5.7kg. Took another worm tablet too with no problems. has learnt to respond to comands such as sit, down,paw and to whine at door to go outside for his business, still a few accidents inside but so much better. Pics show him playing tug o war with misty and although he looses everytime he puts on a good funny show. He grips the rope so tight that Misty just drags him across the floor on his side. They play really well together and Ozzy is learning when Misty has had enough play, he backs away and just barks at her.
