Since it opened in 1999, hundreds of dogs have passed through the kennels doors and have gone on to wonderful new homes and families. On this page you will see some of those lucky dogs in their forever homes, and hear how they've settled in and how they've enriched their new families' lives.

Yippee, well I had to wait here another week but Ruth came back for me today,so now not only do I have two " brothers and a sister" I also have Kizzy the American Bulldog as my cousin, she is very gentle but I had to meet her 'cause she comes to Gran's every weekend and we will all be going for walks up the woods ect: I am so so excited.

Ena meant to say thanks to everyone who called offering a home to both me and my best pal Max the Rottie and believe me there were loads of people. It was a hard decision to make, but it is certainly the right homes we have gone to.

Hi Ena, Frank and Mhairi,

Just a wee note to say hello from Canada. Mum moved us all here on 4 Feb 09. We were trying to come and visit you before we left but time got away with us what with packing our favourite chew toys and all.

Anyway, we arrived safe and sound on the 4th and had our first experience with some real snow. We rolled and rolled in it and ate lots of it! We have a lovely new home here with mum in Canada and our yard has really increased in size as it is a 100 ft x 110 ft area and that is just the back garden which is fenced in for us so we are safe. There is also a conservation park across the road which mum takes us to for a swim as it has a very large reservoir and sits on 532 hectares of land. We love it.

Mum has attached a few photos of us - one in the snow in February and one of us laying in the shade of the shed in late April as it was very sunny and warm that day.

We just wanted to say a BIG THANKS for looking out for us while we were with you. We are very grateful and hope you are all doing well. We are loving are new home and just wanted to say cheerio!!

Big sloppy kisses and furry hugs,

Bryn and Bailey

P.S. Mum says hi too and she says thanks for giving her such wonderful boys. She loves us so much and thinks we will really love living in Canada.

Great news and lovely photo's of the
" Boys " Linda.

Sam looks so at home, we are so pleased both him and Poppy have such brilliant homes, we now have a Daimond and a Princess.this is what their new mums & dads think they are, and we think they are all brilliant.

Hi Girls,
thought I would send some photos of me with my new family and my smart new haircut. I have settled in well and I am going away in our motorhome tomorrow for a few days to see how I get on. Please pop in to see me if you are passing (Sir) Alex is pretty handy with the kettle.

Love
