This could happen to you !! Mike & Evelyn came looking for a dog and adopted Paddy Paws who they absolutely adore, then their daughter came along and adopted Spirit the Collie then they phoned to say they would like a friend for Paddy Paws, as he gets lonely when Spirit goes home, so this is the lovely Daisy May who has just joined the family and she has settled in a treat.See when we know a brilliant home is looking for another dog, we go all out to find just the right one for them, another success story, thanks folks.

What a wonderful story and the pis are fantastic Lola, your a very lucky girl x

Hi Ena,

I was going to send you a postcard from my holiday, but I forgot to
take your address and, as we were at the end of the world, we had no
mobile phone, no internet access and no TV for a week to find out.
Daddy said we were still in Scotland, but I didn't believe him as
there was nothing between us and the North Pole.

The drive was long. It took 7 hours to get there, but I was very
comfortable, snug and cosy in my bed in the back of the car between
the luggage. We stayed in this little cottage for a week. It was
wonderful. Lots of walks through the fields and along the cliffs.
Sniffing around the pebbled coves. Running ragged and digging for
treasures on the beaches. Sleeping in front of the open fire. Even
daddy was there all the time. He didn't go to work as usual. So I got
lots of attention. Even mummy was jealous.

I didn't like the sheep dog next door though. She was very mean. She
chased me and nipped me in the back. But I was too fast for her to
really catch me and after that mummy and daddy protected me, so she
couldn't get near me. We found out from the neighbours that she has a
bad reputation and even chases and bites her own son who lives in the
village as well. Unbelievable. So it wasn't just me she was mean to.

We went shopping in the local village. Don't know how we survived, as
the shops were tiny and had hardly any dog food and treats. I've never
seen one, but thankfully there was a mobile dog shop that sold juicy
bones and nice treats. Saved us driving all the way to Thurso to get
the more treats for me.

Daddy is very clever with computers. He must be as that's his work.
But he found out where my sister lives (she looks exactly like me),
who my parents are and even managed to get a picture of me as a tiny
pup with my wee brothers and sisters lying next to my real mum, and a
very posy picture of me at six weeks old. They say I'm from the
Peperone maffia. Guess what, my mother and father are celebs. Not the
fake ones in OK magazine that mummy reads at times. They are real
champions and come from the land of Oz, where ever that may be. And my
sister is going to crufts next year to prance around.

Before I forget, because I am a right little madam (although I don't
know what that means), mummy and daddy are now calling me Lola.

Love,

Lola.

So pleased to see this wee girl so happy in her new home and with a playmate, brilliant.

Hi all,

Here are a few pics of our 'new arrival'. She arrived on Friday evening. She is a lovely wee chocolate lab about 10 months old and was called Lulu. We have changed her name to Lucy (Grace suggestion). She is very sweet natured and great company for Ribhinn and has already made herself at home. She has wormed herself into everyone affections already and is the familys favourite chocolate Lab ever !!

This is Dot the Collie with her mum and wee brother, back for a visit . We were told Dot was quite disobedient ect: so of course we passed this on to her new mum, who says she has never put a paw wrong her recall ect are perfect. So her mum is very pleased with her and absolutely adores them both.

Do you think this wee lad is loved enough ???

Hello, its Max here! remember me, the leggy little puppy! dont know if its the fresh air or what but I am getting bigger and bigger. Thought I would give you a quick update, I have really settled in now according to all of the staff who look after me. I have had loads of new things to play with, all mine, even the sockets and spanners out of the garage! Always seem to get a good chase out of everyone for tools so its good exercise haha. I even manage to sleep all night now and love my walks round the fields, and lying in front of the black box when its cool.. Not too sure about those things they call cows though they're even more sloberry than me! I love playing with (tormenting) my big sister but have to be a bit careful now cos she hurt her eye when we were playing, and had to go to the vet. Wooops! Vet says she will be ok though so we should be back to full scale wrestling soon. I've sent you one of the photos of me playing twister with big sis and an old sock, I am the taller one haha, best fun ever you should try it.
