Second Chance Kennels Second Chance Kennels

Since it opened in 1999, hundreds of dogs have passed through the kennels doors and have gone on to wonderful new homes and families. On this page you will see some of those lucky dogs in their forever homes, and hear how they've settled in and how they've enriched their new families' lives.

Look who came to visit today Glen he was one of three dogs we " inherited " when sadly their old owner passed away. Glen is looking great coat shining lost a bit of weight and is so obviously loved to bits. We let him see Wanda and Larry and they were happy to see each other again.

Look we visited today Glen ( Lying down) he will be 14 in September and Sheba ( we used to call her Sweet Pea as a puppy ) she will 14 next January, Both adopted from us as puppies all those years ago. when we worked from home and they are looking so good, then they adopted wee Susie at ten years old from another kennel no one wanted her as she had a cataract in one of her eyes. They have hopefully now adopted Kaiya ( who lived at the Pet Care Centre ) she was being a bit bossy when we left her but this couple are lovely and work through things so fingers crossed all will be well.
