Well I didn't have to wait too long for my "forever" home either. Ena has just phoned to see how I had settled in, Jimmy I know you were sad when I went as you had been taking me for some lovely walks, but you need have no worries. I had my tea then went for a walk explored the house and garden and now i'm sound asleep on the couch bliss. Love Lily xx

Charlie with a very happy excited family, they only met Charlie yesterday and totally fell in love with him. Not surprised he is a cracking wee lad loves everybody and everything. He never even reached the website. He has landed on all four paws again as they adopted Prince from us 12 years ago. Prince had a fantasic life with this family and I'm sure he will be happy they have again taken in a wee dog in need of a home xx

Look who dropped by today Ceasar and his folks, it was so good to have a catch up and hear about the wee westie's they have adopted from us. Sadly Emma and wee Holly are now at Rainbow Bridge. Wee Ceasar misses them both as do Isabelle and Davie they both just adore their dogs. What was a normal Tuesday morning turned out to be a lovely one xx

Well what a day,some of you may have seen Tara on Homeless Hounds, she actually wasn't at the kennels then.Frank and myself went and picked her up at the boarding kennels, got back to Second Chance at 12-45, we had visitors at the kennels about 2pm who totally fell in love with Tara, who wouldn't she is such a lovely lass. Thanks to Sarah and Jimmy for doing the home visit for her meant she didnt have to spend another night in kennels. her folks came back for her and she was in her new home by 5pm, as I said what a day lol. Don't they both look happy xx

Well Kingston didnt have to wait too long for his new home, Caroline and Alan have been waiting awhile for a wee Cavalier to come in. So Kingston never reached Homeless Hounds, and now has a lovely home and a new wee pal xx Ps. Alan is holding Kingston x

Millie brought her family back to visit yesterday, what a beautiful girl she is, and as you can see is adored by her family.Lovely to see them all xx

Young Billy has been adopted by such a lovely couple, they fell in love as soon as they met him, well who wouldn't. Just phoned about him and he has been to the beach and been in swimming after his beloved ball lol. It took a wee while longer than normal for him to be chosen but as the saying goes " all good things come to those who wait ". So happy to think he will be in a home tonight xx

Linda and Stephen from Trophy Dog Food popped in for a wee visit today, of course they had the girls with them. They are such lovely dogs although the wee one never wanted to come into the kennels. All changed now she knows there are sausages in here lol was so good to see them xx
