All monies raised go directly towards the upkeep of the dogs and helps to ensure that the Second Chance Kennels are maintained adequately for the job. We would to thank everyone at Strathallan Primary School Kirckaldy, involved in raising over £800 for the kennel.

Pupils / staff and parents must have worked very hard to raise this amount and we are all really gratefull to you all.

Ena & Frank here, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone human and especially canine, who came along and supported us on Sunday for Bark in the Park 2013 even the weather was brilliant.

WE RAISED after paying everyone who charged to come along. £1400-73p. for the Kennels !!!!

Thank you all so very much !!!

It was so so good to see so many of our past residents. Thanks go to Gregor with Quack Commandos who always go down well. To Barbara and her heel work to Music Team. To Kairyn with her agility team everyone loved it.To John / Gemma .Jackie for doing dog show and to Kevin & Kyle the judges Thanks to all the stall holders / Jim with his kiddie rides all our sponsors who were DCant Engineering Services & Randolph Gas / Wiltravel /Equi-Pet/ Sign Company / Speedy Snaps / Benarty Funeral Services. A special thanks to Inglis Vets for coming along to do the micro chipping and donating all the proceeds to us.To all the companies who donated prizes, we are very grateful and to our wonderful band of volunteers who we couldn't have done without, they worked really hard, and we do appreciate each and everyone mentioned for making this event such a success.To Margo who came along as our First Aider at very short notice. Thank you so much.

To Barry Sneddon & Kingdom Fm crew thank you very much for making the day go with a swing.

A massive thanks to the Sea Cadets from Methil who came along with the "boss " lady Fiona to supervise the car parking they did a wonderful job as it was really busy.

Our aplogies for all of you who came to watch the Police Dog demonstration and were disappointed as they were called away to work something that is outwith everyone's control.

The girls at the 5th Dalgety Bay Brownies, have been doing some fundraising over the past few months. They very kindly donated £92-70 to the kennels. Very much appreciated girls nice of you to think of us. Unfortunately we don't have a photo of the girls !!!

In Memory of Kenneth.

Mr & Mrs Gourlay and their family visited the kennels along with Jack,they should be so proud of their son Kenneth he did such a wonderful job of raising Jack, who is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and so laid back with everything. They sent this wee story in remberance of Kenneth.

This photo of Kenneth was taken on the 12th April 2013, they were always together. Jack is now with our family, he is such a good dog we could not part with him. Thanks to all who donated generously at Kirkcaldy thr sum of £525-00 has been donated to Second Chance Kennels.

Daisy & Molly came along to the kennels today, they did various things and raised £44-69 pence which they gave to us along, with some blankets their gran had knitted and some toys & biscuits, thank you very much girls for thinking of us here at Second Chance Kennels, it's very much appreciated. We would like to thank most sincerely the ladies of St Andrews and Erskine group,for inviting Karen along to do a wee talk about the work we do here at Second Chance Kennels, and to thank them very much for their very kind donation, it was most welcome.

We would like to thank Karen as well she sold her drawers !! / chest and the money she raised she gave to us.

This is Karen with Fergus who she adopted as a seven week old puppy, whi is deaf, but shehas done wonders with him. Thanks Karen.
